After the massive success of The Boys season 2, Amazon Prime Video has ordered a new spinoff series of the show. The new series will be run by the current executive producers Seth Rogen and Eric Kripke.
Like The Boys, the upcoming series will also be R-rated and revolve around America’s only college for young superheroes aka Supes.
The college, that is run by Vought International, will explore “the lives of hormonal, competitive Super as they put their physical, sexual and moral boundaries to the test, competing for the best contracts in the best cities. Part college show, part Hunger Games – with all the heart satire and the raunch of The Boys.”

The development of the spinoff has been fast-tracked by Amazon just three weeks into the latest season taking the internet by a storm.
Season 2 of The Boys managed to become the most-watched global launch of an Amazon Original series to date by nearly doubling the viewership from the first season in the first two weeks.
The web series’ new season is still garnering millions of viewers every week as Amazon decided to release new episodes weekly (every Friday) as opposed to the entire season at once.
