Prime Video recently released two first-look images for season 4 of the superhero action series ‘The Boys’.
The photos reveal two new characters for the upcoming season: Sister Sage (played by Susan Heyward) and Firecracker (played by Valorie Curry).
Details on the characters have not been revealed, and will be kept secret until the new season airs.
In season 3, the character of Soldier Boy (played by Jensen Ackles) was introduced, who ended up being a prominent character in the narrative.
‘The Boys’ is a superhero satire on the superhero genre and is based on the New York Times bestselling comic of the same name.
It has been developed by Eric Kripke, who also serves as the showrunner. Amazon Studios and Sony Pictures Television Studios, along with Kripke Enterprises, Original Film, and Point Grey Pictures have produced the show.
The executive producers include Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, James Weaver, Neal H. Moritz, Pavun Shetty, Phil Sgriccia, Craig Rosenberg, Ken F. Levin, Jason Netter, Paul Grellong, David Reed, Meredith Glynn, and Michaela Starr.
