Netflix has announced its latest Korean drama series ‘Start-Up’, starring industry’s best, Bae Suzy and Nam Joo-Hyuk.
The new tvN tech series is a story of young people coming together to pursue their dreams in a cut-throat world with each other’s help.
Bae Suzy’s character Seo Dal-Mi dreams of becoming Korea’s Steve Jobs, and meets Nam Joo-Hyuk’s character Nam Do-San and they both decide to start-up a company together.
The story begins when they meet Won In-Jae (played by Kang Hana), a chaebol CEO who struggles to get acknowledged on her own, and Kim Seon-Ho (played by Han Ji-Pyeong), a senior investment manager at a venture capital company.
The 16-part series is directed by Hotel Del Luna famed Oh Choong-Hwan, and will be aired on tvN and Netflix starting October 10, 2020.
