‘Someone Borrowed’ retains #1 spot in Netflix top 10 non-English films (Oct 17 – 23)

Brazilian rom-com ‘Someone Borrowed’ has retained the pole position in Netflix’s weekly list of top 10 non-English films globally for October 17 – 23.

It raked in 14.12 million watch hours this week, considerably lower than the previous week‘s haul of 27.38 million.

Korean rom-com ‘20th Century Girl’ was second with 8 million, and the Indian sci-fi film ‘Dobaara’ took the third position with 3.78 million. ‘Old People’ (3.6 million) and ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ (3.08 million) closed out the top 5. 

The bottom 5 were ‘Doll House’ (2.05 million), ‘Forever Rich’ (2.01 million), ‘Loving Adults’ (1.79 million), ‘Blood Red Sky’ (1.51 million) and ‘Usogui’ (1.32 million).
