Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor has reportedly signed a digital series with director duo Raj Nidimoru & Krishna DK.
According to reports earlier this month, Kapoor has signed a 100 crore deal with Netflix and is next in the list of many A-list Bollywood stars to enter the OTT space.
Now according to an anonymous source, the actor has penned a deal with Go Goa Gone and The Family Man director-duo for an original series on a leading OTT platform.
The series in question — deemed to be a thriller — is supposedly next in line for Kapoor after he finishes shoot for his upcoming film, Jersey, according to the source. Post the series he will be gearing up for Shashank Khaitan’s Yoddha.
There have been reports of the actor making his OTT debut with Netflix’s upcoming action-thriller based on the 1988 Operation Cactus.
