On the other hand, their fellow cast member Johnson revealed that him and his family had tested positive for COVID-19. Owing to this, the actor who plays an Interpol agent in the film, hasn’t joined them on sets yet.

Red Notice was one of the projects that was halted by Netflix amidst the coronavirus pandemic and was initially slated for release sometime in early 2020.

Red Notice is directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber – the man behind movies like Skyscraper and Central Intelligence. The action-comedy revolves around sophisticated art-thieves and con artists.

The action-packed Netflix original involves a budget of whopping $130 million – making it one of the most expensive projects yet for the streaming giant.
