Swara Bhasker starrer Rasbhari, created by Applause Entertainment, is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
The official description by Applause reads:
“School-boy Nand is amongst the hordes of men who pursue the new English teacher in Meerut. Upon discovering her supposed alter ego – the sex-obsessed spirit of Rasbhari, their relationship takes a new turn now, and then Nand takes up the responsibility of saving Shanoo from the on-going witch hunt by the women of the town led by his own mother.”
Directed by Nikhil Bhatt and written by Shantanu Shrivastav, the show also stars Ayushman Saxena, Pradyuman Singh, Rashmi Agdekar, Neelu Kohli and Chitranjan Tripathi.
The web series completed production quite a while ago and was even sent to Series Mania International Festival in France back in 2019. It was also claimed that the Rasbhari is the first Indian web series to be selected for the Short Forms Competition.
