Synopsis

“Self-love is BIGGER in Texas! This season, Queer Eye’s fearless ambassadors head to the Lone Star state with a home base in Austin, TX. Watch as they work their life-changing magic yet again and transform the lives of deserving Texans.”

Other Details

The Emmy winning series debuted on Netflix in 2018 and is a remake of the Bravo show that goes by the same name.

The previous seasons featured Atlanta, Kansas City and Philadelphia. It also produced a mini-series consisting of four episodes filmed in Japan and Australia.

Bobby Berk said:

“Our heroes have been through a lot in the past year, but to be able to tell those stories, not just personal stories, but business stories, family stories, stories of loss, stories of triumph… the stories all mean a little bit more this year I think.”

Producer Lane said:

“Queer Eye loves to celebrate great American cities and Austin fits this criteria in a big way. “Texas and Austin are rich culturally and have many diverse, relatable, complex layers.

Austin and its surrounding communities are home to a wealth of our favourite kind of stories — ones that are not often told. And, to top it off, it’s fun to see The Fab 5 in cowboy boots!”
