Prosenjit Chatterjee and Aditi Rao Hydari to digitally debut with ‘Stardust’

Bollywood actor Aditi Rao Hydari and Bengali cinema star Prosenjit Chatterjee will be making their OTT debut with Vikramaditya Motwane’s web series titled ‘Stardust’. The show is going to be a fictional tale of 40s era Bollywood.

Indian film director, producer and screenwriter, Vikramaditya Motwane made it into OTT world with his critically-acclaimed web series ‘Sacred Games’, ‘Ghoul’ and movies like ‘Cargo’ and ‘AK vs AK’.

According to some reports, Motwane’s new project ‘Stardust’ is going to be an eight to nine episodic web series based on real stories of Bollywood’s dramatic rivalry and work culture.

The shooting of the project got delayed due to the pandemic. It was initially supposed to go on floors in April, 2020. Now, it is expected to start in March, 2021.

The web series will feature Aparshakti Khurrana, Aditi Rao Hydari, and Prosenjit Chatterjee among other notable actors.

Motwane’s production banner Andolan Films and their first movie ‘AK vs AK’ was a huge success. His other upcoming project is based on stories of Tihar Jail, an adaptation of Black Warrant.
