Manav and Archana’s lives have progressed but their love for each other has not. They enrol in the same college by chance. They begin working after finishing their studies and Archana is introduced as the Assistant Manager to whom Manav must report. Their boss falls in love with Archana and proposes to her but she refuses him, claiming that she loves Manav, and returns to the cafe.
Later, Manav’s mother describes how shattered Manav was after witnessing Sachin’s dead body and asks Archana if she can make him feel alive and if she has that capacity.
