Netflix recently released the trailer for ‘Outside the Wire’. The movie will be releasing on January 15, 2021 and stars Anthony Mackie, Damson Idris, Emily Beecham, and more.
Netflix revealed the first look of the sci-fi thriller and the trailer has impressed viewers with intense battle scenes. The official description of the film reads:
“When disgraced drone pilot, Lt. Harp (Damson Idris) is sent into a deadly militarized zone after disobeying orders, he finds himself working for Capt. Leo (Anthony Mackie), an android officer tasked with locating a doomsday device before insurgents do.”
‘Outside the Wire’ is directed by Mikael Hafstrom and written by Rowan Athale, Rob Yescombe.
As observed in the trailer, Mackie’s character transforms from being a hero in the beginning into a villain in the end. The trailer also introduces realistic sci-fi elements. A few more details and trailers are awaited before the movie releases.
