HBO Max’s ‘On the Spectrum’ showcases millennials with autism

HBO Max has launched the trailer for ‘On the Spectrum’. The first five episodes are streaming now, and the last five will stream from April 9.

The series follows the story of three autistic youngsters in their twenties, who share a room. The story tracks their hopes and dreams, and the hurdles that they face to achieve them.

Dana Idisis, series writer and co-creator, said:

“I wrote the series from a very personal place, my younger brother is on the autism spectrum.”

HBO Max collaborated with non-profit organization Exceptional Minds that trains voice artists with autism. Created by Dana Idisis and Yuval Shafferman, ‘On the Spectrum’ stars Niv Majar, Naomi Levov, and Ben Yosipovich.
