Synopsis

“In an effort to increase her social media following, aimless wannabe writer Danni Sanders fakes a trip to Paris that would be suitable for Instagram. She has no friends, no potential partners, and—worst of all—no followers. Danni unintentionally gets sucked into a much bigger falsehood than she could have ever dreamed when a frightening occurrence occurs in the City of Lights.”

Other details

After collaborating on the critically acclaimed mafia film The Outfit last year, this is Deutch and O’Brien’s second venture together.

Danni is coping with the repercussions of a deception that spiralled out of her control while receiving mockery from strangers worldwide. She makes herself look like a survivor of a terrorist attack by pretending to travel to Paris for influence right before a horrible catastrophe takes place in the City of Lights.
