Netflix’s YOU gets renewed for season 3

Netflix’s hit thriller YOU has been renewed for a third season.

The highly popular show just released its second season last month.

The show’s executive producers will be Sera Gamble and Greg Berlanti. The psychological thriller’s upcoming season will have ten episodes and is said to premiere in 2021.

YOU revolves around the life of a stalker, Joe Goldberg (played by Penn Badgley) who dates women out of obsession and secretly stalks them without their knowledge.

In the first season, Joe dates and stalks Guinevere Beck (played by Elizabeth Lail). The cast included notable names like Shay Mitchell and John Stamos.

However, in the latest season, he relocates to LA, changes his identity and is all set to stalk Love Quinn (Victoria Pedretti). The second season also brought along with itself new cast members such as Jenny Ortega, James Scully, Carmela Zumbado and more.

Both Pedretti and Joe have been confirmed for the third season and will reprise their roles.
