Netflix has released the trailer for its upcoming psychological thriller ‘Behind Her Eyes’. The six-episode mini-series will hit the streaming platform on February 17.
Based on the 2017 bestseller by Sarah Pinborough, the Netflix series follows a single mother, Louise (Simona Brown), who begins an affair with her psychiatrist boss, David (Tom Bateman). What complicates matters further is that Louise secretly befriends David’s mysterious wife, Adele (Eve Hewson).
As she becomes more involved in David and Adele’s messy marriage, Louise finds herself in a web of secrets and lies where nothing and no one is as they seem.
‘Behind Her Eyes’ is created by Steve Lightfoot, known for ‘Hannibal’ and ‘Marvel’s The Punisher’.
The official description of the show reads:
“Based on the No 1 best selling novel with *that* shock ending. Behind Her Eyes follows the entangled lives of single mother Louise and married couple Adele and David. Their story is romantic, thrilling and twisted at the same time, with an ending that is nothing short of shocking.”
