The streaming giant has released the first poster for their new Malayam superhero original, ‘Minnal Murali’. The film will also be available in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu.
Netflix shared the news via social media platforms like Twitter and YouTube. The poster shows the hero in a folded dhoti and red scarf covering his face. While other photos show him in a tight red and blue suit, complete with a red mask.
Starring Tovino Thomas as the superhero, the film also stars Guru Somasundaram, Harisree Ashokan, and Aju Varghese. Director Joseph helms the script written by Arun Anirudhan and Justin Mathew.
In a statement, Joseph said, “We wanted to create a superhero that people could relate to and connect with on an emotional level. Though the essence of a superhero movie is the action, our genuine efforts were focused on having a strong narrative that could stand on its own while backing the action.”
The release date for ‘Minnal Murali’ is not disclosed yet.
