The German anti-war epic, ‘All Quiet on the Western Front‘ took the number 1 spot in Netflix’s list of top 10 films for October 24 – 30. It raked in 31.5 million watch hours in the first week of release.
‘The Chalk Line‘ came in at second place with 17.36 million hours, followed by ‘20th Century Girl‘ in third with 15.9 million hours. ‘Beyond the Universe‘ (12.36 million) and ‘Hellhole‘ (10.47 million) closed out the top 5.
The final entries of this week’s list included ‘Robbing Mussolini‘ (4.6 million), ‘Someone Borrowed‘ (4.2 million), ‘Lost Bullet’ (3.25 million), ‘Rurouni Kenshin: The Beginning’ (2.29 million), and ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ (1.99 million).
