‘Someone Borrowed’ takes #1 spot among Netflix’s top 10 non-English films (Oct 10-16)

In its first week of release, the rom-com ‘Someone Borrowed‘ took number 1 spot in Netflix’s global list of top 10 non-English films for October 10 – 16. It was watched for a total of 27.38 million hours.

Old People‘ climbed to the second spot (one higher than last week) with 13.48 million hours, followed by ‘Togo‘ with 6.79 million hours. Aamir Khan led ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ (6.49 million) and ‘Doll House’ (4.74 million) completed the top 5.

The latter half of the list featured ‘Jumping from High Places‘ (3.32 million), last week’s leader ‘Aníkúlápó‘ (3.03 million), ‘Dobaaraa’ (2.09 million), ‘Plan A Plan B‘ (1.81 million) and ‘Usogui’ (1.54 million).
