Netflix has announced that it will be expanding its natural history content slate with six new documentary series, beginning November 22, 2022 with ‘Our Universe’, narrated by Morgan Freeman.
This six-part series takes viewers on a fascinating adventure to explore the connections that drive our natural world. It blends exhilarating wildlife footage with ground-breaking visual effects to bring viewers up close and personal with the technicalities of nature.

Our Planet II
After the critically acclaimed documentary series, ‘Planet Earth’, Netflix is set to release a sequel to the enthralling series, which will also be narrated by Sir David Attenborough. It will further explore the mysteries of our planet’s fauna using pioneering cinematography.
Life on our Planet
Also narrated by Morgan Freeman, this series will take a plunge into the past to take a closer look at the rise and fall of wildlife species that no longer exist in our world. The makers will partner with Industrial Light & Magic bring these extinct beasts to life again using cutting-edge CGI.
From the tropical warm waters of the Indian Ocean and the depths of the Atlantic to the unpredictable waters of the Pacific and the freezing Southern and Arctic Oceans, this series will focus on on the the magnificence that lies beneath the turbulent waters of our oceans.
Our Living World
Expanding on striking scientific revelations and featuring beautiful footage of the planet’s incredible natural networks, ‘Our Living World’ is a commemoration of Earth. The series will focus on the intricate web of co-existence that unites us all and sustains life.
Our Water World
From the executive producer of ‘Blue Planet II’ comes another series exploring the underwater life. ‘Our Water World’ focuses on the freshwater systems that our planet needs to thrive. Featuring icy realms, rushing rivers, epic waterfalls, magical forests, and more, this series presents a never-seen-before look at secrets these water bodies hold.
