Netflix has announced that Yoo Ah-in, Park Jung-min, Kim Hyun-joo, Won Jin-ah and Yang Ik-june as main cast members for Hellbound.
The original web series follows supernatural angels who apparate out of nowhere to toss people into the depths of hell.
Yoo Ah-in will play Jeong Jin-su, the mysterious head of the New Truth Church, a group which preaches these occurrences as will of God. Furthermore, Park Jeong-min will play Bae Yeong-jae, a broadcasting company producer who tries to dig deeper into the beliefs of the New Truth Church.
Hellbound is being helmed by Yeon Sang-ho (Train to Busan, Peninsula) and written by Yeon and Choi Gyu-seok, author of the popular webtoon Songgot.
Hellbound is being produced by Lezhin Studio and will be exclusively released on Netflix.
