Neena Gupta’s ‘The Last Color’ now streaming on Amazon Prime Video

‘The Last Color’, directed by chef Vikas Khanna, is now available on Amazon Prime Video.

The film, which marks Khanna’s directorial debut, is an adaptation of his book of the same name and is inspired by true events. It stars veteran actress Neena Gupta in the lead.

‘The Last Color’ premiered at the Palm Springs International Film Festival, USA, on January 4, 2019, and hit Indian theaters on December 11, 2020.

Its story is set in the Indian city of Vrindavan, where a nine-year tightrope walker, Chhoti, befriends a 70-year-old lady, Noor. Being a widow, Noor is forced to lead a dismal life and is not allowed to celebrate festivals, especially Holi, the festival of colors.

As the two form an unlikely bond, Noor encourages Chhoti to achieve what she never could while Chhoti promises to revive the joy of Holi for Noor. But fate has different plans for the duo. Will the young girl be able to keep her promise to the old widow?
