‘My Hero Academia’ season 5 debuts on Netflix

Netflix has added My Hero Academia season 5, with the first episode streaming days after its release in Japan. The following episodes will come out each week.

The new season picks up right where season 4 ended, with the new number 1 Hero Endeavor facing a high-end Nomu and barely coming out alive.

It follows the ‘Joint Training’ arc, which sees class 1A face off against class 1B.

The anime series’s fifth season is available on the platform only in Southeast Asia.

My Hero Academia has recently dominated the anime news, with a new movie ‘My Hero Academia The Movie: World Heroes’ Mission’ announced for August 6 release.

The manga also recently reached the start of its final act, starting chapter 306.
