Netflix has released the official trailer for its upcoming competitive series ‘Metal Shop Masters’. It is set to release on the streamer on September 10.
The series is hosted by Jo Koy, a comedian who has been in multiple Netflix stand-up specials.
It follows seven of America’s best welders as they compete in weekly challenges ranging from making “robots to road warriors”.
These iron men and women compete against the clock in tough constructions ranging from gigantic, one-of-a-kind grills to futuristic cars, all judged on both form and function, over the course of the season.
Pressure, heat, and hustling make for difficult work, and only one will be able to build a path to triumph and the title of Metal Shop Master in the end.
In this six-episode web series, the winner of the show gets a $50,000 prize money.
