We may have bid goodbyes to Matt, George and Gary (former judges) but Masterchef Australia is back with season 12, starring contestants from across the previous seasons. The reality show is available to stream on Disney + Hotstar.
The cooking show this time around is star-studded with contestants who’ve made it in the top four in the previous seasons. They’ve had impeccable careers after having left MasterChef initially and are back stronger, better and more determined.
This Back-To-Win season of Masterchef Australia features the first-time judges Jock Zonfrillo, Melissa Leong and series four winner Andy Allen. The first week also features a whole lot of the beloved and daunting celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay.
The pastry chef wizard Reynold Poernomo, last season runner up Tessa Boersma chef, artist and actress Poh Ling Yeow from season one are some of the many accomplished contestants for this year.
One of the biggest changes for this season is the single immunity pin that was handed out in the first episode itself, contrary to the numerous immunity pins that had been handed out in the previous seasons.
The winner of this edition of Masterchef Australia will have earned the title of ‘Masterchef’ and will walk away with a $250,000 grand prize.
With the coronavirus pandemic taking the centre stage hop to Disney + Hotstar to feel some calm while watching these talented chefs whip up better-than-ever, beautiful dishes.
