Synopsis
“This movie is a biopic on the real-life character, Kunjali Marakkar who is till date considered one of the greatest naval chiefs of India. An epic tale, set in the late 15th century and early 16th century, the film is based on the fearless seafarer of the Malabar Coast.”

It is said to be the costliest Malayalam film ever created, and it won Best Feature Film, Best Special Effects, and Best Costume at the 67th National Film Awards in October 2021.
