LuLaRich on Prime Video: Investigating LuLa Roe’s pyramid scheme

Trailer for LuLaRich has been released by Amazon Prime Video. The four episode documentary series premieres on September 10.

Introducing a new documentary genre, true comedy, the creators of Hulu’s Fyre Fraud will now bring a four part docuseries on the women internet apparel company, LuLa Roe, that went spiralling from fast growing retail business to a multilevel pyramid scheme.

The episodes contain interviews with the company’s co-founders DeAnne and Mark Stidham along with former employees and independent distributors and through them chronicles the rise of the company, the uncovering of the scheme, and the aftermath of the lives of the people involved.

The series has been co-directed by Jenner Furst and Julia Willoughby Nason who are also the executive producers alongside Mike Gasparro, Blye Pagon Faust, and Cori Shepherd Stern
