Allison Janney, who plays the titular character Lou, performed many of the stunts in the movie herself and also trained extensively in preparation for the role.


When Lou’s neighbour gets kidnapped on a stormy evening, the tensions and secrets between the two neighbours surface, and Lou’s mysterious past is brought to the forefront.

With clips that foretell a great deal of mystery, action and adventure- Lou is a film that delves not just into the mystery at hand, but also into the psyche of the two main characters.
