Living With Yourself: Paul Rudd battles against Paul Rudd in Netflix comedy

America’s favourite sweetheart and funnyman, Paul Rudd, will be starring in a new existential comedy which will see him battle two versions of himself. The Netflix original series called Living With Yourself will premiere on October 18 October.

Living With Yourself is about Paul Rudd aiming to get his life back into perspective and undergoing an experimental treatment only to realise that he has been replaced by “a new and improved version of himself”. The two versions of himself must then figure out how to live with themselves while he fights for his wife and his career.

Told from multiple perspectives, the eight-episode series was created and written by Emmy Award winner Timothy Greenberg of The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, directed by Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris (The Battle of the Sexes, Little Miss Sunshine) and joining Rudd is Aisling Bea, who plays his wife in the show.

Social media has been rife with Rudd fans being in a for a double treat of the actor and the odds will clearly be in Netflix’s favour with this new show.
