Khuda Haafiz, is an upcoming romantic action thriller film inspired by real incidents on Disney+ Hotstar. Its about a woman who is forcefully dragged into a prostitution racket and her husband who is out to find and rescue her from the grips of her deadly captors.
Vidyut Jamwal plays Sameer Choudhary, while Shivaleeka Oberoi plays his missing wife, Nargis. Sameer’s search leads him to make some disturbing discoveries about human trafficking.
The Movie is directed by Faruk Kabir and produced under the label Panorama Studios.
Vidyut Jamwal expressed his disappointment towards Khuda Haafiz’s streaming partner Disney+Hotstar when it didn’t invite any of the film’s cast members in its grand line-up announcement event. Actor Kunal Kemmu also came in support of the actor. After the demise of Sushant Singh Rajput, the actors from the industry and fans are attentive to call out any kind of discrimination.
Akshay Kumar was all praises for Khuda Haafiz‘s trailer and conveyed his expectations for the same through a tweet.
The trailer has also broken YouTube record and the movie is scheduled to stream on 14 August on Disney+Hotstar.
