YouTube content creator Prajakta Koli has unveiled the trailer for her film titled, Khayali Pulao, on her channel, MostlySane.
Set in Majri village in Haryana, Khayali Pulao tells the story of a shy school girl, Asha, a topper who aspires to play handball for the school team.
The trailer showcases preparations for an exhibition match with a neighbouring school on the occasion of India’s Republic Day.
Asha’s sudden interest in sports intrigues everyone around her. However, all she gets is advice on why she should not pursue the idea due to not being good enough.
This is the story of a simple girl with eyes set on achieving something out of her comfort zone. She just strives to play the game despite being surrounded by negativity.
The film has been written and directed by Tarun Dudeja and also stars Yashpal Sharma in a pivotal role.
Khayali Pulao is set to premiere on Koli’s YouTube channel on July 9.
