Netflix has released the trailer for its new revenge thriller movie, ‘Kate.’ It is set to premiere on September 10.
In this revenge film, Mary Elizabeth plays the role of ‘a person in a nightmare’ who will stop at nothing to execute her last appointed job. In an interview, Winstead describes the film as a “heartfelt, brutal assassin story.”
The official synopsis reads:
“After she’s poisoned, a ruthless criminal operative has less than 24 hours to exact revenge on her enemies and in the process forms an unexpected bond with the daughter of one of her past victims. There’s no time for mercy.”
The race-against-the-clock thriller is helmed by French director Cedric Nicolas-Troyan. ‘Kate’ also stars Woody Harrelson, Japanese singer-songwriter, Miyavi, Tadanobu Asano, Michiel Huisman, and Jun Kunimura.
‘Kate’ is confirmed to also play in selected theatres by Netflix.
