Karan Johar’s What the Love! gets release date

Netflix has announced a release date for Karan Johar’s reality dating show What the Love!. It will hit the platform on January 30, 2020

The six-episode series will be hosted by the Koffee with Karan host along with some celebrity guests like Sunny Leone, Saif Ali Khan, Huma Qureshi, Arjun Kapoor and more.

The show revolves around six single people who will be advised by Johar to get past their personal struggles and find love.

The show is produced by BBC Studios India. The press description of the show reads:

What The Love! With Karan Johar, a one-of-a-kind dating reality show will be hosted by the man himself. Known for telling great love stories, Karan will be sharing his thoughts on love and relationships, but with an unexpected twist.”

Earlier last year, Netflix announced a long-term deal with Johar’s Dharmatic Entertainment (the digital arm of his production house Dharma Entertainment).

The producer-director has already produced Drive, Lust Stories and its sequel Ghost Stories for Netflix so far. He is also all set to produce Baar Baar Dekho for the streaming giant. A “suspenseful family drama” led by popular Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit.
