Karan Johar took to his Twitter handle to announce the first web series to celebrate India’s 75 years of Independence under ‘Change Within’ initiative.
Johar, along with fellow filmmakers including Ekta Kapoor and Aanand L Rai earlier, on the occasion of 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, launched the ‘Change Within’ campaign to celebrate and bolster valour, values and culture of the nation.
A cultural 100-seconds video, directed by Raj Kumar Hirani, was launched by the PM at his residence. The video stars eminent celebrities: Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja, Kangana Ranaut and Vicky Kaushal.
It is based on the life and teachings of Mahatma Gandhi. Check out the video here:
Karan Johar along with Rajkumar Santoshi, Dinesh Vijan & Mahaveer Jain will be working together on this first-ever project of the Change Within Campaign. Dinesh Vijan took to the Twitter account of his production house, Maddock Films, to make the big announcement.
