Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous: Netflix’s new dino animated series

Netflix has released a teaser for Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous, a new animated series consisting of eight adventurous episodes based on the multibillion-dollar film franchise.

It tracks a group of six teenagers given a once-in-a-lifetime experience at a new adventure camp on the opposite side of Isla Nublar. The adventure turns into a survival race as dinosaurs are set to destroy whatever that comes into their way.

The voiceover for the web series is done by following artists:

The Goldbergs star Sean Giambrone, Paul-Mikél Williams from Westworld, Raini Rodriguez (Paul Blart: Mall Cop), You actress Jenna Ortega, Big Hero 6: The Series voice actor Ryan Potter, and Kausar Mohammed of What Men Want.

Jameela Jamil (The Good Place) and Glen Powell (Hidden Figures) take on the recurring roles of camp counselors.

Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous is a collaborative venture of Universal Pictures, DreamWorks Animation and Amblin Entertainment. Scott Kreamer and Aaron Hammersley serve as showrunners and co-executive producers with Steven Spielberg, Colin Trevorrow and Frank Marshall.

Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous premieres on 18 September on Netfilx.
