Netflix has revealed the much-awaited trailer for the final season of the Marvel superhero series Jessica Jones.
The initial season saw Jones face off against the terrifying Kilgrave (David Tennant), while the second season was criticised for lacking an antagonist who could match up to him.
This time around, Jones finds herself up against a highly intelligent serial killer named Gregory Salinger who’s hell-bent on destroying the superhero detective.
The trailer comes after its release date, June 14, was announced through a short teaser recently.
Jessica Jones was the last in a series of Marvel superhero shows cancelled by Netflix; following the likes of Daredevil, Iron Fist, Luke Cage, The Punisher and The Defenders.
This move is believed to be a result of Disney, which owns Marvel, launching its own streaming service Disney+.
The entertainment behemoth has begun pulling out shows from other streaming platforms before unveiling its own on November 12
