Idiot Box, MX player’s new Marathi web series, is about a forlorn lover who goes to great lengths to win back his ex-girlfriend who has gone missing. The search leads to a tonne of rib-tickling moments.
The trailer is a complete overview of the web series, starting with Aakash, who gets anxious when his ex-girlfriend Shashwati stops returning his calls. Worried about her, he reaches out to his 3 am friends for advice. What happens next is a roller coaster ride.
Aakash and his friends get into their detective shoes and spy on Shashwati’s brother and a close cousin to figure out ways to get Aakash’s love life back on track. Things go extreme when he finds out that the love of his life is now set to marry a gangster. What earlier was a search operation is now a race to win back love.
