Ronit Roy’s first look as officer Prithvi Singh has been revealed for the upcoming season of Disney+ Hotstar’s original thriller Hostages 2.
The streaming platform took to Instagram to make the official announcement:
The next season of Hostages was expected to come out in May 2020 but is finally set to stream on September 9. The Hotstar special has been created by the Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi director Sudhir Mishra.
Season one of the web series also aired on television (Star Plus) earlier this year. The cast included Tisca Chopra, Parveen Dabas, Ronit Bose Roy and Aashim Gulati amongst others.
Hostages is the official Indian adaptation of an Israeli series with the same name. Here’s the trailer of season one to give you a little heads up on what the thrilling series is all about:
