Netflix paves way for calmness with ‘Headspace Guide to Meditation’

Netflix recently unveiled the trailer for ‘Headspace Guide to Meditation’. The streamer has collaborated with the Headspace app that helps people meditate.

As the New Year braced us with new opportunities and possibilities, Headspace Guide to Meditation came out with yet another video, lending people a hand at calming themselves down.

Headspace is a startup application for smartphones that aims at making meditation accessible for everyone. This recent collaboration with Netflix, will be divided into eight episodes. Every episode deals with different emotions like love, anger, stress, pain, kindness, limitless potential and letting go.

each episode first teaches the basics and techniques of the practice, and then concludes with a guided meditation. Andy Puddicombe narrates all episodes which guide viewers through a course.

He is the founder for Headspace who left his sports degree at bay to become ordained and teach meditation. The app is only 10 years old.
