Amazon Prime Video has released the trailer for the final season of, ‘Goliath’. Season 4 will premiere on the streamer on September 24.
‘Goliath’ follows the life of once powerful and now burned out lawyer, Billy McBride, played by Billy Bob Thornton. The final season of the series will follow McBride, who is back from the dead after the events of season 3, as he takes the war to American’s biggest ‘Goliath’, the Opioid Industry.
The legal drama series will follow the trial against George Zax and his company as Billy, for the last time, fulfils his oath of redemption by going after America’s rich and powerful.
Oscar winning actor J.K. Simmons will helm the role of Zax, the head of a powerful family run pharmaceutical company, which manufactures opioids and promotes its reckless usage among unsuspecting population.
The series has been created by David E Kelley, Jonathan Shapiro, and Lawrence Trilling. The cast of season 4 also includes Bruce Dern, Nina Arianda, Tania Raymonde, Diana Hopper, Julies Brister, Geoffrey Arend, Brandon Scott, and Elias Koteas.
