The trailer for the Sci-fi drama series ‘Foundation’ has been released by Apple TV+. The show is based on the book series of the same name by famed American author Isaac Asimov.

Synopsis
The series is a complex saga of humans scattered on planets across the galaxy all living under the rule of the Galactic Empire, where a band of exiles realise that the only way to save the Empire from destruction is to defy it.

On April 18, 2019, Josh Friedman had officially left the project as co-writer and co-showrunner. The filming was initially suspended on March 12, 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and resumed again on October 6.
