ZEE5 has announced a new anthology of four films, ‘Forbidden Love’ that will explore a new and darker side of romance.
The anthology brings forth some of the best directors in the industry, who have worked in a variety of projects. The first film in the series, ‘Arranged Marriage’ follows the story of a homosexual couple. Ali and Omkar are in love, but the prospect of Omkar’s marriage to a girl puts their love and relationship to test. Directed by Pradeep Sarkar, the film is releasing on September 9, 2020.
The second film ‘Anamika’, directed by Priyadarshan, tells the story of an older married woman who finds love and solace in a younger man.
The third film ‘Rules Of The Game’, directed by Annirudha Roy Chaudhary, shows a married couple adding spice to their life by indulging into role-play.
The final film ‘Diagnosis Of Love’, follows a married couple who work in the same hospital, as doctors, and how the growing distance between them leads to extra-marital affairs.
