The Eros Now original, produced by War director Sidharth Anand and Mamta Anand, will shed light on the rising number of human trafficking cases in the country.

The platform described it as a “blood-curdling tale of human trafficking victims, perpetrators and law enforcers caught in the web of this diabolical trade”.

The eight-episode web series has been directed and written by Danish Aslam and Pooja Ladha respectively. Flesh also features Akshay Oberoi, Yudhister, Vidya Malvade and Mahima Makwana in key roles.

The trailer shows Bhasker as a stern cop hell-bent on catching those responsible for getting people embroiled into the world of human trafficking. She ends up going head-to-head with Oberoi’s character. Both can be seen in a stare-off in the poster.

Bhasker’s last web series, Amazon Prime Video’s Rasbhari, landed into trouble, with CBFC chief Prasoon Joshi even publicly expressing displeasure over a scene.

She is also set to lead Netflix’s ‘Bhaag Beanie Bhaag’, an upcoming web series based on the journey of an aspiring female stand-up comedian.
