First look of Apple TV+’s ‘Killers of the Flower Moon’ out

Apple TV+ has released the first look of its upcoming crime-drama movie ‘Killers of the Flower Moon’ as the production rolls out. 

Based on the non-fiction book of the same name written by David Grann, the movie will be set in Oklahoma during the 1920s, unfolding the mysterious killings of the benefitting members of the oil-rich Osage Nation. The movie will also include the angle of FBI investigations trying to solve these killings. 

The first image released depicts a dining table scene in which the character of Mollie Kyle, an Osage woman, has locked her gaze on Ernest Burkhart, the nephew of a powerful rancher. While Burkhart is lost in his own world.

Directed by Martin Scorsese, the movie features actors like Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert De Niro, Lily Gladstone, among others. This will be a second collaboration among the trio-Scorsese, DiCaprio, and De Niro, after the short film ‘The Audition’.

Killers of The Flower Moon is currently in the production stage and a release date is yet to be announced.
