Netflix has released the official trailer of it’s latest showbiz drama ‘Feel the Beat’ through it’s official YouTube channel. June 19 onwards, the 1hr 29 minutes family comedy will be streaming on Netflix worldwide.

The story centres around an aspiring Broadway dancer April, who blows up a big audition and moves back to her hometown. Once back, she is requested to teach dancing to a bunch of misfit girls and prepare them for a dance tournament scheduled 2 weeks away. With limited time and loads to accomplish, April tutors her students to fare on the big stage.
Sofia Carson, who plays April in the film, took to Instagram to break the news to her fans.
Shot to fame through her breakthrough appearances in Disney movies like the ‘Descendant’ series and ‘A Cinderella Story’, Sofia plays the titular role of the protagonist besides Wolfgang Novogratz and Donna Lynne Champlain who play supporting roles. ‘Feel the Beat’ is directed by Elissa Down and produced by Susan Cartsonis and Clement Bauer.
