Eros Now has announced ‘Boxer’, a new Bengali sports film releasing on December 14. It revolves around an 18-year-old aspiring boxer.
The official synopsis reads:
“Will Ronny leave his family behind in his pursuit of success? As loneliness becomes Ronny’s only companion, he gets into the boxing ring. Here his fight is not for the violence but to experience and increase his tolerance towards life’s hurdles.”
The cast includes Shikhar Srivastava, Ena Saha, Soumitra Chatterjee, Rajatava Dutta, Labony Sarkar, Sudip Mukherjee, Sudip Sarkar. The film has been directed by Sanjoy Bardhan.
Talking about the premiere, Eros Now Chief Content Officer Ridhima Lulla said:
