Eros Now will be joining hands with Applause Entertainment for a new romantic comedy series titled ‘Udan Patolas’. It’s the Indian adaptation of Israeli series Honey Badgers from Armoza Formats.
This joint venture will premiere on the platform as an Eros Now Original series. The official description of the show says:
“A story of four Punjabi girls- Amrit, Noor, Puneet and Lovelle. All four land jobs in an investment firm in Mumbai, adapt their names to make them more city like and aspire to find the right boyfriend and upmarket lifestyle in this competitive city. When one lands an ideal man in her life, the rest try to catch up. A slice of life dramedy, ‘Udan Patolas’ holds a popular premise and focuses on the everyday challenges and delights that life in a city brings for young women.”
The web series is directed by Shakti Sagar Chopra, written by Sukhmani Sadana and produced by Applause Entertainment in association with Sol Production.
It features Aastha Sidana, Sukhmani Sadana, Apoorva Arora, Poopy Jabbal,Tanya Kalra, Manik Singh, Rajbir Singh, Mayank Arora, Vaibhav Talwar and Rakesh Bedi.
