Nancy Springer’s mystery, Enola Holmes will be produced as a film by Netflix and feature Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown as Sherlock Holmes’ teen sister.
Henry Cavill and Sam Claflin will be playing Sherlock Holmes and Mycroft Holmes in the film, with Helena Bonham Carter for Mrs. Holmes’ character.
After Brown’s exceptional performance in highly-rated ‘Stranger Things’ as ‘Eleven’, Enola Holmes is another drama worth waiting for.
In this mystery, directed by Harry Bradbeer, the Emmy-winning director of “Fleabag” season 2, Brown will be seen in the quest of finding her disappeared mother and outplay her elder brothers Sherlock and Mycroft Holmes.
The Legendary Entertainment’s adventure movie has been signed by Netflix for this year’s calendar.
