Netflix’s Dream Home Makeover returns with season 2

Shea and Syd McGee are back with another season of Dream Home Makeover streaming on Netflix from January 1, 2021.

McGee’s need no introduction when it comes to the pepping world of interior designing. The couple rose to fame after remodelling their own house in 2013. This invited a long chain of clients. Very soon, the Utah-based couple launched their very own ‘Studio McGee’ and decor line.

Shea McGee said: “Whether our clients have two million dollars, or twenty thousand, I want them all to feel that sense of peace when they walk in the door,” which is also their business mantra.

The first season of the web series, which streamed in October 2020, saw some extremely versatile makeovers and overwhelming emotions.

The trailer of the new season gives a similar vibe. McGee’s have done over 250 makeovers and are determined as ever to give ‘Dream Home Makeover’ to their clients. The trailer transpires as welcoming and the couple seems all geared up to revamp the spaces to more homely and inclusive for their clients and their family members.

The web series will introduce viewers to some ‘funky yet simple makeovers’ in the couple’s signature style.

The official description on the YouTube reads:

“Shea and Syd McGee keep the dream alive for families in search of stylish spaces, whether it’s a comfy cabin or a manor sporting NBA-worthy hoops.”
