Disney Plus’ March 2021 slate revealed

In a short video, Disney+ teased the new series and films that will be hitting the streamer next month.

Releasing on March 5 is the animated adventure film ‘Raya and the Last Dragon’. The movie is set in the fantasy world of Kumandra, where humans and dragons once lived together peacefully. A lone warrior Raya takes it upon herself to fight the sinister monsters and track down the legendary last dragon to unite the land again.

The season finale of the wildly popular series ‘WandaVision’ also premieres on the same date. The miniseries follows the struggles of super-humans Wanda and Vision as they try to conceal their true identities and lead normal, suburban lives.

‘The Falcon and the Winter Soldier’ will debut on Disney+ on March 19. The web series is set after the events of ‘Avengers: Endgame’ and will bring together the mismatched duo Falcon (Anthony Mackie) and Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan) as they try to ward off a global threat.

‘The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers’, a modern-day reboot of the hit film franchise, releases on March 26. The show stars Brady Noon as the 12-year-old Evan. When Evan is dropped by the Mighty Ducks junior hockey team, his mother (Lauren Graham) encourages him to start a new team of underdogs, under the guidance of Coach Gordon Bombay (Emilio Estevez).
