Voot Select disclosed some major details regarding its new web series – Crackdown. The first look poster of the espionage thriller was revealed on Twitter.
Crackdown will star Saqib Saleem, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Iqbal Khan, Waluscha De Sousa, and Rajesh Tailang, along with Ankur Bhatia. It will debut exclusively on the OTT platform on September 23, 2020.
Voot Select is continuously coming up with some smashing original web series, and this is its fifth offering. After Asur and Illegal, it is time now for Crackdown.
The upcoming web series will be directed by Apoorva Lakhia, an Indian film director known for his action thrillers. Crackdown revolves around the covert operations section of the Indian security forces which is responsible for uncovering a conspiracy that threatens national security.
The first look poster features the major cast and reveals quite a bit about their characters. Voot Select shared the poster with a brief description:
